What do you need from ACSA to help keep first-year workers safe?
In Alberta construction, 55 per cent of all injury claims involve workers in their first year at a company. Leaders and crews are stepping up together to address this troublesome reality, and ACSA is here to support.
In 2025, ACSA launched a frontline focused initiative as part of the Injury Prevention Campaign, encouraging camaraderie to prevent injuries. This included the Safety Showdown, an online quiz-based contest, and resources to support crew conversations on preventing common injuries.
